As a Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in shaping our culture and ensuring our patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. As a member of our team, there will be great training opportunities. Thriving in this role requires a growth mindset and a readiness to implement constructive guidance. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and eager to learn new procedures and new ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of implant and digital dentistry is a plus, but not required. Comfort with assisting in oral surgery procedures is required.

Who Weâre Looking For:â A skilled, motivated, and adaptable dental assistant with a strong work ethic.â Someone who genuinely cares about patient well-being.â A team player who thrives in a supportive, high-energy environment.â Willingness to travel for continuing educationâwe invest in our people.â Comfortable assisting with oral surgery proceduresâ X-ray certification and CPR certification required.â Minimum of 1-year dental assisting experience preferred.â Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
