Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant/RDA to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong understanding of dental procedures. This role involves assisting the dentist during various treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Take imaging, including X-rays, and ensure accurate documentation of records.
Manage patient flow by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/RDA is preferred.
Proficiency in dental imaging techniques and familiarity with dental software systems is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Certification in dental assisting, x-ray certification or RDA license is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 â 40 per week
