Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone that has

         1+ years of dental assisting experience

• Dental Assisting Certification, X-ray Certification, CPR Certification
• Is able to multitask, have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Computer experieince that allows you to use patient management software, scanning and imaging devices
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, with a positive attitude and demeanor
• Experience tracking and ordering supplies

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare trays and operatories for scheduled procedures
• Assist the dentist during various procedures and treatments by providing 4-handed dentistry
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take dental radiographs using standard dental radiographic equipment
• Provide excellant patient care, ensuring comfort and understanding
• Maintain patient records by verifying patient health history, log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart and manage appointment while preserving patient confidentiality through HIPPA compliance
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Be present, engaged, a team player and assist with office duties as requested
