Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments for dental treatments and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the dental team to explain treatment plans and procedures to patients.
• Assist patients with insurance verification, billing inquiries, and payment options.
• Ensure smooth patient flow throughout appointments and procedures.
• Maintain patient records accurately in accordance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for patient care.
• Proficient in Dentrix.
