Dental Assistant with Front Desk Flexibility – Part-Time

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who’s also comfortable helping at the front desk when needed. This is a primarily clinical role with some administrative support, ideal for someone who wants to grow, stay sharp, and be part of an intentional and supportive team.

Position Details

Schedule: Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Opportunity to add days as the practice grows

Location: Pineville, NC
Compensation: $19–$25/hour depending on experience, certifications, and fit

What You’ll Do
Chairside Dental Assisting (Primary Role):

Set up and break down treatment rooms
Assist during exams, procedures, and cleanings
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Take X-rays and document in Open Dental
Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene

Front Desk Support (As Needed):

Greet and check in patients
Answer phones and help manage scheduling
Present and explain basic treatment plans
Assist with insurance verification and patient intake

Who We’re Looking For

Organized, dependable, and always ready to pitch in
NC X-ray Certification
Preferred experience:
1+ year of dental assisting
Coronal polishing certification is a bonus, but not required
