Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Severna Park, MD
We are a state of the art dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our awesome and caring team. You must have graduated from an accredited hygiene program and possess an active and good standing license. Ideal candidate will be anesthesia certified, knowledgeable and skilled with a warm, caring, friendly personality. We offer a very competitive pay, benefits and no weekend hours.
You will have one hour per appointment, dedicated hygiene assistant and an hour lunch break.
Registered Dental Hygienist Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare patients for their exam
Assess patients' current dental hygiene
Take x-rays and other images when necessary
Clean and polish teeth
Administer fluoride
Teach patients proper hygiene techniques
Assist the dentist during the exam
Whitening
Registered Dental Hygienist Requirements and Qualifications
Active hygiene license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 32 â 40 per week
