Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients, including oral screenings, identifying conditions such as periodontitis, gingivitis, etc., while ensuring patient comfort.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
Accurately maintain patient records.
Foster a positive and friendly environment, contributing to an exceptional patient experience and team atmosphere.
Support case acceptance efforts.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in Texas and be CPR certified by the time of employment.
Dental hygiene experience with a strong knowledge of dental procedures (at least 1 year preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A warm and compassionate approach towards patients.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Reliability, professionalism, integrity and a commitment to ongoing learning.
Familiarity with Open Dental and digital imaging systems is a plus.
