New Patient Coordinator/Concierge

We are  looking for a Front Office – New Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, organized, and passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience from the very first interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for new patients—on the phone and in person

• Schedule initial appointments and provide helpful, clear communication

• Collect and verify insurance information and coordinate benefits

• Guide patients through their first visit with compassion and confidence

• Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to keep things running smoothly

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our system

Who You Are:

• Friendly, professional, and great at making people feel at ease

• Organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable using  Dentrix dental software and working with insurance

• Excellent communicator with a team-player mindset

• Experience in dental or healthcare front office is a big plus
