We are a fast-growing dental office in Union, NJ looking for a front desk receptionist.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Patient Service Representative, you are often the first and last face our patients see. When you join our team, you will help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.

Deliver a positive first impression to each patient with a warm, friendly smile
Collect co-payments and discuss treatment plans
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Work with External Ins Billing company for claim management
Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries
Collect and post payments and record receipts

Have your high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Previous Dental Experience Required (2 years)
Days: Mon, Tues, Wed (1/2 day), Thurs, Fri
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
