We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced chairside Dental Assistant to join our talented team of professionals! As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for assisting our dentist and hygienists with patient care, in addition to maintaining clean treatment rooms, sterilizing and maintenance of dental instruments, taking x-rays, making patients feel welcome and comfortable during all aspects of care, and assisting at the front desk area as needed.
Our ideal candidate:

Has at least 1 year of experience as a chairside assistant
Has a strong sense of accountability and takes pride in his/her work
Is compassionate, caring and is driven by a service-oriented mindset
Is organized, professional, and a team player
Has demonstrated computer skills and experience with Eaglesoft (or similar software)
Has participated with administrative tasks in a dental practice before
Has current radiology certification and Hep-B vaccination; CDA is preferred but not required
Is willing to learn and grow with new skills

Our team enjoys a 4 day work week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, and Friday: 6:30am - 1:30 pm. We have morning huddles and regular team meetings because communication is a cornerstone to our success. Compensation is based upon proven skills and experience.
