Dental and Medical Billing Coordinator.

Exciting opportunity alert! Our growing Oral Surgery Office is on the lookout for a billing superstar! We need someone who is friendly, patient-focused, detail-oriented, self motivated, and ready to learn new things. Dental or medical experience is a bonus, but not a must. Join our amazing team and be part of something special.

Responsibilities:
-Managing Accounts: Collecting, posting and managing patient payments, and keeping records of payment collections.

-Preparing and submitting claims, and following up with insurance companies.

-Sending Statements.

-Communicating: Communicating with patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals in a kind, friendly and professional manner.

-Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances.

Qualifications

-Understanding of dental and medical billing and coding, basic computer skills, and knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.

-Previous accounting or financial experience.
