Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Treatment Plan Coordinator and Biller for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Our office is looking to hire a Treatment Plan Coordinator & Biller to join our Talented Team! We are a private practice focused on delivering comprehensive dental care and creating long-term patient relationships.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal Treatment Plan Coordinator should have a welcoming personality, is analytical, and very service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Experience working in a dental practice with Dentrix/Dexis is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Appointment scheduling and patient communication through phone, email, and patient outreach software
- Discuss and support ideal dentistry, including treatment plan presentation and coordination of dental benefits
- Prepare patient paperwork, consents, etc. and complete insurance benefit verifications.
- Proficient at sending electronic insurance claims.
- Billing.
- Maintain active hygiene schedule and perform general office duties, as required
- Assist with external media and internal marketing programs
- Work collaboratively with dentist, hygienist, back office & front office team to create a seamless experience for patients.
Compensation: $23-28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Practice Hours: Monday, Thursday and two Fridays/month 7am-4pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm and Wednesday 7am-5pm.
