Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
Our private dental practice seeks an organized, motivated and team oriented front office receptionist/treatment coordinator. Candidate must be well versed in all aspects of the practice, dental PPO insurance plans, traetment planning. Experience in billing, treatment coordinating and financial planning is a high advantage.

We are looking for someone that takes pride and owenership of their workand leads by example. Need hands on candidate to help practice gain efficiency and realize growth potential. Right candidate will be capable of multi tasking and will be passionate about their work and patient care. Responsibilities
- previous experience is sales, customer service and dental treatment coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skillswith the ability to build rapport with the patients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effecively in a fast pace environment and multi task effectivey.
- Proficiency in Dentrix dental software and Microsoft office
- Experience with 3rd party financing
- A minimum of 5 year experience in dental treatment coordination/closing sales
