Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant needed in our Fontana, CA dental office

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For

- Provide outstanding customer service: smile and greet patients
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Maintain Appointment book by following up on no show or cancelled appointments and going through recall list for unscheduled patients
- Manage patient records and update medical history in the system
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling patient information
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Responsibilities

- Proficient in using dental office software such as Open Dental, Practice-Web
- Verify patient eligibility for dental insurances (PPO & Medical). Get breakdowns for PPO
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle a multi-line phone system
-Participate and support marketing initiatives for recalls and new patient growth
-Assist with administrative assignments as directed by the Front office lead
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology
