We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our small, one-doctor dental practice in Overland Park. As a vital member of the front office team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient experiences in our general dentistry setting.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for verifying insurance benefits, entering insurance payments, and effectively communicating insurance details to patients to ensure their understanding. Your ability to work with PPO and private insurance will be invaluable as you assist our patients with their dental care needs.
We are looking for candidates with preferably 2+ years of experience in a dental front office environment, where you can showcase your abilities and build rapport with our patients. Familiarity with Eaglesoft scheduling software is a must.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
