Dental Receptionist - Boulevard Dental Associates, PA - Abita Springs, LA

FRONT DESK LEAD
Background in dentistry or medical office is required and we will train you so you can excel in our office.
- Manage front desk; answer phones, schedule appointments, convert inquiring calls into new patients in the chair,
- financial arrangements with professional vocabulary, speaking, mannerisms, attire and appearance, insurance verification and submission, collect fees, file, fax, handle shipments, all financial and front desk record keeping.
- DENTAL or medical EXPERIENCE A MUST. Skills required: cheerful ability to be an ultimate team player, excellent math skills manually and electronically, EOB's and a working knowledge of EAGLESOFT a big plus, knowledge of CARE-CREDIT and other payment plans applications and processing, excellent computer and written skills, extremely well organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills,
- able to take direction well and can also work independently, asks questions to clarify, takes responsibility for mistakes/misunderstandings quickly so we can immediately resolve issues, compassionate and kind manner with patients and staff, yet assertive and able to maintain firm professional boundaries.Thank you.
