Registered Dental Hygienist - First Impression Dental - Arlington, MA

A modern general dentistry practice in a quiet Arlington neighborhood on Mass Ave. (plenty of free parking) is offering a position for a Dental Hygienist, part-time or full-time.

We are a one doctor, low volume new construction office, built for an exceptionally safe and healthy patient and staff environment. We are looking for a professional, kind, dependable Dental Hygienist to join our caring staff and make a real difference in the lives of patients by encouraging excellent dental health. Applicants should have at least two years of experience as a Dental Hygienist.

We are looking for the right person to fill this position and will offer salary and benefits accordingly. (Paid sick days, paid holidays, vacation time, health coverage, 401(k) Retirement Plan).
Compensation:
$50 - $60 hourly Responsibilities:

Look for signs of gum disease, infections, or cavities to ensure issues are caught early and can be treated
Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations
Must have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferred
