Registered Dental Assistant - Bristol Dental Services - Orange, CA

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
-Intraoral scan
-Fabricate crown temporaries
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
-Take and develop dental x-rays
-Prepare and maintain patient records
-Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing patient billing
Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred
- Knowledge of medical coding and terminology
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft
- Proficiency in medical imaging and documentation
- Understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using dental software systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of medical coding and terminology for accurate recordkeeping
