Key Responsibilities:

Provide Comprehensive Care: Conduct oral health assessments, perform professional cleanings, therapeutic services, and deliver preventative dental treatments with a focus on patient comfort and education.
Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good oral health.
Collaborative Work: Work closely with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and uphold infection control standards.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of California.
Education: Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Certification: Laser certification. We believe in the power of soft tissues laser to help enhance the care you provide. If you do not have this certification and are interested in obtaining it, please apply as we can help offer that support.

Proficient and confident in administering local anesthesia for scaling and root planing procedures, as well as performing soft tissue laser treatments
Committed to following and implementing hygiene protocols to ensure consistent, high-standard patient care
Comfortable and confident in discussing treatment recommendations with patients on behalf of the doctor
Experience: We welcome both experienced professionals and recent graduates eager to start their careers.

What We Offer:

Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays, 7 am - 4 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Pay: Earn $51-60 per hour, based on experience.

We are currently in a temporary location due to being displaced from the Eaton Fires: we had made the tough decision of not returning back to our Altadena practice location due to safety. With the love and support of our colleagues, we currently are working out of a Pasadena practice temporarily. We can tell you that our new permanent location will be within 3-5 miles of our current temporary location.
