Associate Dentist Needed in Surprise AZ! Earn up to $400k per year! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and be dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
Duties
Perform a range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, root canal therapy, and extractions.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with practice protocols.
Implement infection control procedures and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating positive experiences for young patients.
Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental technology, including the use of Epic for patient management.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to promote long-term wellness.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in general dentistry practices; experience in prosthodontics is a plus.
Strong understanding of root canal therapy and other advanced dental procedures.
Familiarity with medical records management and electronic health record systems, particularly Epic.
Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
