Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in West Chester, OH

Duties- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental scheduling software- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes- Assist with medical record management, including filing, organizing, and retrieving patient records- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
```Requirements```- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Proficiency in using dental scheduling software (Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, etc.)- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Familiarity with medical record management systems- High school diploma or equivalent
