Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. The Dentist will utilize their expertise in various dental procedures and techniques to diagnose and treat oral health issues, while also educating patients on preventive care.
Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
Execute a range of dental procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Document patient information accurately in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Provide education and guidance to patients regarding oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices to enhance patient care.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in a clinical setting with proficiency in various dental procedures.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control practices.
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
