Duties
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared.
Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
Take and develop dental X-rays, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs and treatment notes.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment.
Support pediatric dentistry procedures by creating a welcoming atmosphere for young patients.
Skills
Proficiency in dental software such as Eaglesoft or Open Dental is preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures related to endodontics and prosthodontics.
Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with infection control standards in a dental setting.
Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus, enhancing the ability to work with children effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
