Overview
We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Dentists to join our Modesto dental practice. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and commitment to patient satisfaction in performing all phases of dentistry.
As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health. This role requires a strong foundation in various dental disciplines and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
All offices are Non-Managed Care accepting PPO and FFS patients only. We are currently accepting applications for both full time and part time associate dentist positions. Compensation is based on a percentage of production or a daily minimum guaranteed amount, whichever is greater.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.
Perform a full range of dental treatments including preventative, operative, prosthodontic, endodontic and oral surgery procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments.
Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong understanding of medical records management and medical documentation practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced private practice style environment.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.
