Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing various dental procedures, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics.
Administer anesthesia and manage pain control during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Will refer to in house specialist Periodontist etc
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide optimal patient care.
Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

Strong knowledge of infection control practices and medical terminology.
Proficiency in using dental software such as Epic and Dentrix.
Experience in pediatrics is a plus, with the ability to manage young patients effectively.
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
Ability to perform all general dentistry services , complex dental procedures including extractions and prosthodontics.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care in a dental clinic setting.
