OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. This role requires a strong foundation in general dentistry, as well as proficiency in various specialized areas.
Duties

Provide comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Perform a range of dental procedures including root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance patient comfort and efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with infection control protocols.
Apply aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all dental procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and practices.

ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Proficiency in general dentistry practices with experience in root canal therapy and prosthodontics.
Familiarity with medical terminology and infection control standards.
Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Epic or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
