OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The practice has very high fees and has an easy potential for an average of 8k-10k production a day for a skilled dentist. Implants are referred out at the moment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient education and comfort. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and ensuring the overall health of our patients' teeth and gums. This role requires a strong foundation in general dentistry practices as well as specialized skills in areas such as endodontics and oral surgery.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Administer anesthesia and manage pain control during procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Proficient in general dentistry techniques and procedures.
Knowledgeable in endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
Familiarity with medical terminology and dental terminology.
Strong understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
Strong communication skills to explain treatment options clearly to patients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
