Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
Duties
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and endodontics.
Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patientsâ oral health.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques, including proficiency in Eaglesoft software for patient management.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies to promote long-term health.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with the ability to perform dental procedures independently.
Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and familiarity with medical records management.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly in areas related to endodontics and restorative dentistry.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
