Associate Dentist - West Springfield Dental - Media, PA

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced, part-time associate dentist at a long established, busy, FFS/PPO office in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Ideal candidates would be compassionate and effective communicators with at least 3 years of private practice experience. The office has a fully digital workflow and a wonderful team. This position would be for Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with the potential for a full time employment. Compensation is production based with very high earning potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations, utilizing imaging to create treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, crown preparation, and resin composite fillings.
Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options, fostering a supportive relationship that encourages ongoing care.

Experience

A Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school is required.
Previous experience in a dental office setting is required.
Understanding of dental terminology and techniques is essential to this position.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Pay: From $215,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 18 per week
