Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. We are looking for someone that enjoys general anesthesia and sedation dentistry. A general dentist that enjoys teens and adult dentistry is also an opportunity in an effort to create a teen-age 21 suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and preventive care. We pride ourselves on creating an excellent experience from first phone call to last restorative visit!
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to adolescent and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
Maintain thorough medical documentation and adhere to dental terminology standards.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and dental terminology.
Experience with medical documentation practices.
Strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to perform complex dental procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient comfort and education.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile working environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per day
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
