Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and other general dentistry services
Build and maintain strong patient relationships based on trust and respect
Collaborate with our friendly, dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in team meetings
Manage a caseload that prioritizes quality over quantity

Ideal Candidate

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in VA
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Being able to perform molar endo is a plus
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Positive attitude and energy
Comfortable with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
