Sterilization/Dental Assistant (Part-time or Full time) - Village Dental Group - La Crosse, WI

Our busy group practice is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sterilization/Dental Assistant to join our team! As a non corporate, private practice, we pride ourselves on compassionate, high-quality patient care for all ages. We are looking for a self-motivated team player. Responsibilities:

Obtain high quality, diagnostic digital radiographs
Prepare procedure trays and doctor’s operatory as appropriate
Assist the doctor
Assist hygienists
Sterilize instruments
Deliver post-operative care instructions
Maintain stock and order
Complete patient notes after procedure
Assist front office staff in any miscellaneous needs

Our ideal candidate:

Previous dental experience
Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided to the right candidate.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
Self-motivated team player
Personable with a desire to provide top quality care to every patient
Accountable and reliable
Able to multi-task
Detail Orientated
