Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties

Assist dentists during various procedures, including endodontics and pediatrics, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
Take and develop X-rays while adhering to safety standards.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize dental software Eagle Soft for patient scheduling, charting, and billing processes.
Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance workflow during procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
Support the front office with administrative tasks as needed.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required.
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices is essential.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
