Responsibilities
Manage patient scheduling and appointments efficiently ensuring a productive and smooth daily schedule.
Perform administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and processing payments.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and clarity.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
Experience
2 years experience in Dental scheduling/ billing required
Patterson Eaglesoft experience required
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
