Job Position: Full Time Dental Hygienist
Job requirements: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide outstanding patient care, perform routine dental hygiene procedures, and support overall dental health education. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dental care.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning as needed.
Perform oral health assessments and examine patients for signs of gum disease, oral abnormalities, and cavities.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans.
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and hygiene equipment.
Collaborate with dentists and other team members to provide comprehensive care.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.

Required Skills:

Must have Open Dental Experience.
Experience as a dental hygienist is preferred but not required.
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas is Preferred.
Candidate must be open to travel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a passion for patient education and care.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
