Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Take dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.
Document medical histories and vital signs of patients accurately.
Make Accurate Treatment Plans and present effectively to the patients.
Maintain accurate medical records, including patient charts and treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Utilize dental terminology effectively in communication with patients and staff.
Follow aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients.
Keep the operatories and lab clean
Collaborate with the dental team to improve office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
RDA License
Nitrous monitoring ,Coronal Polishing ,Pit and fissure sealant certified is preferred .
Proficiency in medical documentation, including knowledge of Dental coding and terminology.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is essential.
Experience with electronic health record systems such as Eagle Soft is a plus.
Ability to take vital signs and perform basic health assessments.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining medical records.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Commitment to following safety protocols,OSHA Regulations including aseptic techniques.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 â 45 per week
