Are you a friendly, organized professional with a passion for excellent customer service? We’re seeking a motivated front office team member to be the welcoming face of our dental practice.
What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients with warmth and efficiency
Manage and optimize the appointment schedule
Coordinate communication between dental team and patients
Answer phone calls, confirm appointments, and handle patient inquiries
Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and recalls
Ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for every visitor

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus
A positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit

Current opening is for a permanent, full-time position working approximately 35-40 hours per week. We are a non-corporate, pediatric dental practice focused intently on providing exceptional patient care through a great patient experience. We provide a wide range of dental services including all pediatric treatment, IV sedation and orthodontic services.
