We are looking to add a dental front desk receptionist to our team!
Our office consists of a small, boutique general dentistry practice, with a relaxed and fun atmosphere for both our team and patients. We are seeking to add a team member that will help us stay efficient and organized, as well as contribute in providing a smooth, pleasant, and welcoming experience for our patients.
Job responsibilities include greeting and welcoming patients to the practice, answering phones, scheduling, collecting payment, as well as submitting and managing insurance claims.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting
Strong administrative and clerical skills
Proficiency in electronic chart systems such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft
Excellent patient service and communication abilities
Familiarity with dental terminology and HIPAA regulations
Competence in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
Ability to manage medical records and collections effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 â 20 per week
