What Youâll Do:
Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including medical history reviews and periodontal evaluations.
Perform preventive services such as cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride/sealant applications.
Take and process dental X-rays for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies.
Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system.
Uphold infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean clinical environment.
Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver seamless care.
What You Bring:
Associate or Bachelorâs degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Active Ohio RDH license, in good standing.
Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
Proficiency with digital charting and dental software preferred.
Commitment to high standards of care, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
