Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental clinic team.Every Saturday is a must and other days are flexible.
Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry and prosthodontics.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing patient medical records.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Taking impressions and using the scanner
Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
Experience with coronal polish a must

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is essential.
Familiarity with infection control procedures and HIPAA compliance is required.
Proficiency in assisting with various dental procedures, including general dentistry and prosthodontics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Certification or training as a Dental Assistant is required

Pay: $24.33 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
