Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - Norwich Family & Cosmetic Dentistry - Norwich, CT

```Duties:```- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take dental x-rays- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical history forms- Schedule patient appointments
```Qualifications:```- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program- X-ray certification / Pathway to certification- Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix,- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Experience in scanning procedures a plus
