Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist in various procedures. Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Take and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in patient records.
Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners and medical imaging devices, to assist in diagnostics and treatment planning.
Maintain infection control protocols in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety.
Manage dental reception tasks, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and handling patient inquiries.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Assist with pediatric dentistry procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients.
Keep the dental clinic organized and clean, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred.
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is advantageous.
Knowledge of infection control practices and HIPAA compliance is essential.
Experience with medical imaging technologies and 3D scanning is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.21 - $30.00 per hour
