What We’re Looking For

Valid California Dental Assistant or RDA license
Minimum 2 years of chairside experience preferred
Familiarity with Dentrix, digital X-rays, impressions, and sterilization protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities
✔ Assist the doctor chairside during procedures✔ Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments✔ Take digital X-rays and impressions✔ Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance✔ Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures and post-op care✔ Support the clinical team with various tasks as needed
