Dental Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist - Comprehensive Periodontics & Dental Implants - San Luis Obispo, CA

Comprehensive Periodontics & Dental Implants is seeking motivated and caring individuals with strong personal and communication skills with an overall team mentality. Position Overview:

You will provide Front Desk coordination in a well-respected, fast-paced, state-of-the-art periodontal & implant practice.
As a Front Desk team member, your focus is to ensure that each patient visit is a well-executed comprehensive appointment where the patient arrives value-ready, proceeds smoothly through their appointment, and leaves complete for payment and their next steps.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Being the contact point for patients and referring practices, while coordinating and representing all facets of patient services, from the first call through the completion of treatment and any necessary follow-ups.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the schedule and the scheduling template to meet the practice’s efficiency and production goals.
Good interpersonal skills to maintain positive rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and community.
Effective verbal skills to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff.
Professional personal presentation.
Input data into computer by typing at least 45 WPM with minimal errors.
