Pediatric Dental Assistant
Weaver and Stratton Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for a skilled and adaptable Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our dynamic Julington Creek team! This location is one of our largest offices, offering both pediatric dentistry and orthodontic services.
Weâre seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is open to occasional travel to our other locations as needed.
Position Details:

Schedule: 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday, 7:15 AM - 5:15 PM (36+ hours)
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after the 90-day introductory period

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality pediatric and orthodontic chairside assistance
Adapt to a larger, high-volume office while maintaining excellent patient care
Work collaboratively with multiple dentists and orthodontists
Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and the dental team
Travel to other office locations when needed to support the team
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What Weâre Looking For:

Expanded Functions Certification â REQUIRED
Previous pediatric or orthodontic experience (Preferred but not required)
Ability to work a Monday-Thursday schedule (7:15 AM - 5:15 PM)
Willingness to travel between offices when needed
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and a true team player
