Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and safe dental environment.
Take and record vital signs as needed, ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit.
Utilize dental terminology effectively when communicating with patients and staff.
Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments as a dental receptionist when required.
Operate 3D scanners for imaging purposes, contributing to advanced treatment planning.
Provide support in specialized areas such as pediatrics and prosthodontics, enhancing patient experience and care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology is essential for effective communication within the clinic.
Familiarity with electronic health records systems, such as Eaglesoft, is advantageous.
Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
