Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately and plan treatments effectively.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice policies.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options to promote overall wellness.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in patient assessment, medical terminology, and medical documentation.
Experience or interest in pediatrics is a plus.
Familiarity with dental office operations and procedures, including endodontics and general dentistry practices.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team environment.
