Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases. Administer appropriate treatments including dental extractions, fillings, and endodontic procedures. Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices. Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental. Collaborate with clinical and support team members to ensure high-quality patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and implement best practices in treatment. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients to enhance their experience. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Open to 2026 dental school graduates Valid state dental license to practice dentistry in Ohio Quality clinical skills with a willingness to grow, learn, and try new things Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team member interaction Familiarity with Open Dental software is beneficial but not mandatory Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development A team-oriented mindset A naturally happy personality A desire to make each patient's experience "rave worthy" About our Office Address: 1271 Crescent Heights Rd Ste #206, Marion, OH 43302 Hours: M 9-5, Tu 10-6, W closed, Th 9-5, F 9-3:30 (we are open to expanding hours, or opening on Wednesday if candidate is interested) Operatories: 6 Patients: we serve all ages, but do not have a high % of pediatric patients Website: https://presidentialfamilydental.com/ Office pictures & video tour: https://presidentialfamilydental.com/our-office/ Compensation & Benefits A general dentist who works hard can make more than $300k at our office. Compensation is based on a % of collections. We have a very large patient base that is consistently booked out weeks in advance. In addition to those who live in Marion, this is a great option for those living in northern Columbus suburbs (Powell, Lewis Center, northeast Dublin). You can have ~25-35 minute commute to work and downtown Columbus.
