Dental Hygienist - Fort Family Dental - Fort Atkinson, WI

Fort Family Dental is looking for Full Time and/or Part Time Dental Hygienists to add to our team! The Practice is 100% locally owned by two of the areas best Dentists: Dr. Sara Podoll & Dr. Brenda Garrison.
As valued members of our patient care team we strive to support our Hygienists as champions of patient oral health. We prioritize patient relationships and offer hour long recall appointments. Our Hygienists are never asked to go home or clock out if their patient schedule falls apart or is not full. In addition, we offer unlimited scheduled time off and generous PTO benefits.
The practice has invested heavily into equipment and technology including but not limited to: AI X-Ray Analysis, Cordless Handpieces (Young Infinity for Hygienists), Digital & PSP X-ray system, PAN/CBCT, 3D Printer, iTero & CEREC Scanners, and a CEREC Primemill. We also passionately support investing in continuing education for our team.
Our current hygiene team has just over 100 years of combined experience providing exceptional care to patients; over half of which was right obtained at our practice. We are proud of our staff longevity and the consistent quality care we have been able to provide the greater Fort Atkinson Community. We would welcome an experienced Hygienist but would also be excited to mentor a new Hygienist.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Administer local anesthesia as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Education:
- Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist or currently enrolled in a Dental Hygiene Program

Pay: $38.00 - $44.00 per hour
