This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient management skills, and strong leadership abilities. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our staff to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Execute various dental procedures including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during all dental procedures.
Provide pediatric dental care, ensuring a positive experience for younger patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to optimize patient flow and care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control practices.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry.
Ability to perform dental extractions and other surgical procedures as needed.
